The salmon fishing on the Sacramento River has been extremely good this season though, so far, the majority of the fish have been on the smaller side. Orlando Torres, however, bucked the trend and nailed this big buck while drifting roe with me on a trip last week.
In addition to taking home some nice fillets, Orlando is entered into our Hawg of the Month Contest in which he’ll have a shot at winning some Pautzke’s headgear and, should he advance to the Hawg Bowl Playoffs, Orlando could win a trip for two with Swanny’s Fishing.
