J-Deezey! Can you recomend a reliable online source (your best, maybe) where I can buy some cured eggs!!! I’ve been using some cured eggs from OPS (outdoor pro shop) Coho (not sure if species makes a difference) …that are out of southern Oregon, but something about them just doesn’t seem right, they look okay, fish well etc but, well are kind of goey & a bit hard…
..any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Man!
Adam, well…most commercial roe is gonna be a bit funky. Obviously, the best bet is to cure your own…but alas…not always possible. I know the guys at Mad River Outfitters in Arcata usually have pretty good borax and sulfite baits and can ship ya some down. You may try them for shnizzle… (707-826-7201).
